Refund Policy

We believe this is the best tasting mushroom coffee out there. However, we understand everyone has different taste, and we want you to be be satisfied with the product you receive. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request your money back if you don't love it.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll offer you an immediate reimbursement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't accept returns - no need to send product back - we'll simple issue you a refund.


Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
